I have just tried to run a peak usage report from SS but IE 10 wont show the fly out from Reports - see attached. I have had to run this using Chrome. Is this a know problem with SS and IE 10?
I am attempting to upgrade Select Server to version 9. I installed according to the notes and when i tried to access the License Mangement Tool, i recived this error. Pelase see attchment. What is my next step to troubleshoot this issue?
I have just been online to our SS site and notice that the version is 9.0.0.110, but the latest downloadable version id 9.0.0.113. Is the online version likely to be upgraded any time soon?

I see that there are Clash Detection tools within MicroStation, but they require additional licensing. I've talked to my Bentley account manager, and the olny option to use this functionality appears to be to get a Passport license. All of our licenses are network licenses, yet these passports are locked to specific users.
I have no idea how this is going to work...
If I get a passport for one of my staff to use the Clash Detection within MicroStation, how does this passport get applied to the user? Is he going to need to have Navigator installed? I would rather not have additional software installed if the tools he needs is already built within his existing seat of MicroStation.

Our server that SelectServer was housed on has died. I need to update my server name to CESERVER1 in lieu of CE-DATA and get direction regarding installing Select Server on the new server.

I want to know that , how I can monitor / access the Bentley select server license monitoring tool.
So that I can monitor the number of user of Bentley.
Recently our Bentley branch has given graph mentioning the overuse of prostructure (concreate).
But our company uses only, prostructure(prosteel) , piping and equipment only. Our all prostructure project are in prosteel only.
Hence want to verify their graph.

When I tried to transmit usage logs from the Select Server admin pages
I didn't see the expected behavior.
I clicked on the Create file under Step 1 - prepare logs. The records under "Log processed
on" disappeared but there was no new file listed under "Step 2 - Download Submittal File"
Also I have noticed errors in the me
ssage center ...
Log posting error for site: [] - could not save records to database.
I have tried restarting the servi
ces and the database but this doesn't seem to have helped.

I have purchased additional licenses for some previously owned Bentley applications along with some new Bentley software applications. How do I get the changes to reflect on the SELECTserver application.
Bentley Communications PowerView is in trial mode.
User has a license for Bentley PowerMap Field for communications and Bentley PowerMap
Field .
The user has installed Bentley Communications PowerView Select Series 3.
The License Management Tool shows that the user has activated Bentley View and Bentley
PowerMap Field.
It then shows Bentley Map PowerView is in trial mode.

We are currently running Promis-e version 8.11.7.82 with MicroStation Powerdraft V8i (Non-SELECT). Our licensing for Promis-e works but the MicroStation Powerdraft V8i seems to be timing out every 15 minutes. What do I need to do to activate Microstation V8i?
Also, I went to download the Promis-e upgrade and the link in the Fulfillment Document did not seem to work.

The Site has changed their license pool (site) from a Deployed to Bentley Online (Hosted) server (selectserver.bentley.com) during this year (May/June 2013).
The problem is that they can't run usage reports from the first half of this year. They want full access to the reports from 1.1.2013 to 31.7.2013. New Hosted Server provides reports only from July/2013.
User is re-installing the SelectServer since the company is refreshing/updating the current workstation with new ones. They are in the
process of getting the new pc up and running.
User requests information pointing them in the right direction on how to do install SELECTserver application. They could like a link
where we can find the installation guides.
