Running SELECT server 08.11.xx.xx in two separate locations on two differnt servers. When viewing the admin page from my remote client one display is missing icons and information. As you can clearly see from the images below the dsiaply in "Server 1" is lacking icons and format.

User wants to know how older Bentley products get the licenses from the SELECT server.
When a user pulls up their SELECT Server administrative interface, they are presented with a "License As Expired" error.
User is upgrading to the latest version of SELECTserver, but is having trouble retrieving the license file electronically.
Please follow up to make sure everything is configured correctly so that his SELECTserver will be able to correctly communicate with Bentley. Thank you.
Bentley Map Enterprise (BME) users are complaining this morning that they are seeing the message below, about
Activation Status – 29 day(s) remaining.
When we click the Activate button, we go
thru the usual screens:
“SELECT subscriber with a deployed (local) SELECTServer”
“Server Name: XXXXX”, “Site Activation Key: **********” –
“Test Connection”: “SELECTServer and Activation Key verified”.
“Finish”: “Your product activation is now complete. You may use your product”
But, when we look at the License Management Tool it doesn’t say that BME is Activated, and instead it says: “Trial expires in 29 days(s)”
I think when I upgraded to the latest select server something got corrupted with the database. See following screen capture.

Question from a user: How do I license my gINT Professional when it was in 30 day trial on gINT logs? I go through the activation process and it says "your product is ready for use" but it goes back into Disabled Mode.

User gets error message stating that his software is in trial mode when running Promise Standalone.
User is trying to change the username and password for proxy however it is not getting updated on SELECT Server.
When user was trying to open Microstation V8 and J version, user was getting an error "No license usages were found to match your request".
Despite of SELECTserver Gateway service is running and pointer file is on place.
Despite activating the Bentley WaterGEMS successfully. Still user is getting trial period message.
The User has renewed the contract but was not aware of how to manually update the license.
Can the SELECTServer notify the admiistrator when a product is deactivated?
I have a vm client that I have installed 2008 R2 X64 SP1 Server on. Hard drive space is 31 GB with 4 GB of memory.
SelectServer x64 ver (09.00.00.113) When installing this version it first installs the .net framework 4, Micrsoft XML Parser (MSXML) 6 (64 bit), Microsoft SQL 2008 R2 Express SP1. At that point I get a message that there was a problem installing SQL Server 2008 R2 Express.
User needs the assistance how to get the home use license information.

We're having an issue getting GEOPAK to silently activate against our local SELECTserver install. Here's the details:
SELECTserver: 9.0.0.113
MS: 08.11.09.459
GEOPAK: 08.11.09.493
Clients: Win7x64
We're using the LicenseCmdTool at the end of our MicroStation/GEOPAK SCCM push to set the license server information. In addition to that we're using the Bentley licensing GPO to set the same information via AD. MicroStation itself will activate silently against our local server and our users never see an activation wizard/dialog for this.
The issue we run into is that GEOPAK does not silently activate. When GEOPAK is activated in MicroStation it says "An installed CIVIL product is unlicensed and will start in 15 minute demo mode." If the user runs the License Management Tool from the Utilities menu GEOPAK shows it's in 30 day trial mode. The users can activate against our local server without issues. The click "GEOPAK" in the License Management utility, they click the "Activate" button, and a few seconds later GEOPAK is activated.
This does not sound like a big issue but we have hundreds of users on a couple hundred machines. In addition to that we are using redirected Windows profiles so a user's registry/AppData do not follow them around. On top of that each user is not assigned a computer and usually uses a different computer each day. Each user will have to activate GEOPAK each time they want to use it every time they login which is far from an ideal situation.
Are there any silent means of activating GEOPAK against our local SELECTserver so we can avoid this issue?
