From my Bentley Profile, I used to be able to download software like MicroStation (even for trail), now it will not let me download anything, what is the reason for that?

Good morning,
I have a problem with Open Buildings Designer CONNECT Edition.
Randomly when i use the application I have a message that tells me the application is not activate and it will close in 2min.
I have a licence on my profile, I am connected to Bentley Connect, the product appear in my licencing tool.
Can someone tell me what to do to activate the product correctly or if the problem is elswhere (proxy...)

No MicroStation Connect Offline Usage?
MicroStation Connect Edition doesn't start without network connection. It closes without further notice after showing the splash screen. Connection Client opens with 'Connection Issues' error.
Is this expected behavior?

I am unable to activate the licenses for SACS. I have installed it but unable to activate the license.

Batch configure Proxy. No LicenseToolCmd.exe found
We are trying to configure a batch file to process the proxy settings for our users, however the LicenseToolCmd.exe cannot be located on the computer and will not run. Do I need to download this LicenseToolCmd.exe from somewhere? Since the batch file is from this site I thought it would be located with the Bentley installed software as noted in the batch file paths.

I am experiencing problems with activating a Microstation License. I have had to do a re-install of the downlaod software and I am not being allowed to activate, instead I have been able to use a Trial Version which has now expired. How do I activate my license?

Transferring an Older version of Gint on a new computer
I am needing to transfer an old version of Gint my company uses (version 8.2) from an old computer that is on its last leg to a new computer. We have the single user software key. I have the licence ID and the client ID. The problem we are having is we cannot find the installation disc. Is this required to install on new computer? if so is it replaceable? And is there any other things we need to know or do to transfer to new computer?
Lumen RT 2015 re-install software missing activation key
Our office bought a Lumen RT 4 license from E-ON software in 2013 and upgraded the next year to Lumen RT 2015. I have the original Lumen RT 4 activation file (key). When we upgraded to 2015 we activated the software online, but can't seem to find the 2015 activation key file. We had to uninstall the software on the machine and would like to re-install it. When I ran the 2015 exe file it is prompting us to to activate Lumen RT 2015 again. I cant find the original file and when I try to go online to request it, the web link does not work. How do I request the activation key file for LumenRT 2015?

How can administrators see which user, who is in User Management list, used Bentley software?

I can apply a restriction, I tested setting the threshold to a count of 1, I wanted to check I was receiving the alert as an administrator
However I cannot change the user message to none, if I go to the pulldown nothing happens

ContextCapture License Activation Issue
Hi,
My company has commercial licenses for Context Capture, however I can not get it to activate, it is stuck on "Non-commercial" and this is not good as it is leaving "non-commercial" watermarks on orthophotos.
I am having this issue on a Windows 10 machine running ContextCapture Update 12.
I have tried to uninstall/reinstall ContextCapture. Running the Activation Wizard multiple times (and it reports that it has activated ContextCapture). Have also went into the License Manager Tool to send logs to the selectserver multiple times. None of these things will get CC Update 12 to recognize the commercial license.
I have successfully activated ContextCapture on another machine running Windows 7 and ContextCapture Update 10. I will not attempt to try Update 12 on this machine as this is the only working machine right now.
Anyone know what else I can do?
I can't get into Virtual Classroom
I register last week in a live virtual classroom as "Jacketed Pipe Design in AutoPIPE CONNECT Edition". I received "Course Registration Confirmation" that said:

The class start and end! but i didn't receive the Email. Also I could not join the classroom via the "join" button from the my active training in Learn server. It says "No ClassroomLink available."
I register for another live classroom in future week and i am Worried that i cant join class again.

License Sign in and out
We have two select subscriptions, but we have a third PC. We want to use Microstation on that third PC. How do I un-assign the license on my PC and move it to the third PC. It will only be for 2 days, then I want to move it back to my PC.
Offline usage issues with CONNECTION Client 10.00.16.09/10
A bug has been discovered in CONNECTION Client 10.00.16.09 and 10.00.16.10 that is preventing users from accessing products when disconnected from the Internet. While the issue will be addressed in the next version of CONNECTION Client, the issue can be resolved by downgrading to 10.00.15.12. Below are instructions for obtaining an installer for this version:
- Open the Connect Center.
- Scroll to the bottom, and click the Software Download tile in the My Services section.
- Click in the field in the upper-right corner, search for CONNECTION Client, and choose CONNECTION Client from the drop-down menu that appears.
- Click the CONNECTION Client link on the search results page:
- Change the Version drop-down menu to 10.00.15.12. For most users, also choose x64 from the Architecture drop-down menu. Finally click the Apply button along the right edge:
- Click the blue Download button for the installer listing that displays:
