Dear Bentley,
I received our email about expiring support for my SELECT license, and I'm not sure about the consequenses.
I am using MicroStation V8i and sometimes MicroStation CONNECT.
On this page

I can see support for V8i will expire 1-Jul-2019, and discontinue 1-Jan-2021.
Can I continue to use the product?

I have just updated to the newest Bentley view, and everytime I open a file I get a message that Application use will be limieted.

Hello! I'm new to this so i'm sorry if I'm in the wrong forum.
I work for a local government and at the moment we are still using MicroStation V8i but in the process of upgrading to the Connect-edition. Since we are gonna be uprgading soon, i reckon it's a good time to do some account balancing as well. We have multiple SELECT subscriptions. Therefor I would like to give some other bentley apps a try as well before we switch, but it's a bit unclear to me if the software that I can download from the "software download" page are automatically trial-versions or do I start paying the instant that I start using them? I heard that all software comes with a trial of 7 days. To be honest....the whole SELECT subscription and the possibilities are still a bit vague to me.
Can someone please inform me?

I am getting the following message when I open my Bentley SewerGems connect edition "If You received an access denied message, you should close the application at this time. Otherwise, you may have reached the end of trial mode (which can happen if you have not specified a teature string If this is the case, please select the appropriate license feature configuration and restart the application.

I am having issues with my Bentley viewer being disabled by log send. I have tried using Send log now function in the Bentley Licensing tool but to no avail.
We use gINT Log/Porfessional for our daily works and receive SELECTserver Reports regularly to monitor the usage of difference licenses. Since 1st March the PDF reports give errors in adobe reader and can't open. It occasionally gives such error in pdf reports but this is the longest time that the error persists.
I have no idea in which forum should I post and I try this one.
Can someone in Bentley look into this?

We are Bentley Connect Subscriber, and we have around 7 licenses for bentley products which includes as;
1-ConceptStation
1-ContextCapture
5-OpenRoads Designer (We can also use 4-PowerCivil, and 1-MXRoads as OpenRoads designer is acting as an umbrella license)
My question is we have multiple installation in our organization, as of our requirement, and we know the limitation, but we want to know how to control the overuse which can anytime happen mistakenly. ?
My second question is as i mentioned above we have 4 powercivil licenses, and 1 mxroad license, against them we got 5 openroads licenses, instead of using 5 openroads can we use multiple mx roads or all 5 powercivil ?

I recently purchased a perpetual license for Bentley Powerdraft V8i and decided to install the CONNECT version too. When opening the product I was greeted with a 7 day trial dialogue. I contacted the seller and they advised looking at this:-
This article describes how to activate products under a CONNECT license. I found the Bentley licensing tool and it shows the Powerdraft license type as being 'trial', when clearly this should be otherwise. It appears that you can't alter the license type manually either. could someone please advise why the license type is showing 'Trial' when it should show something like 'commercial'?

How much would it cost to buy 1 license for ProjectWise. We have a contractor who needs to connect to our server but doesn't have a ProjectWise. this contractor is a very small company (no more than 5 people) and has never been asked to use the software before.

We have installed CONNECT on a new PC.
Now, what we have to do to "deactivate" the old PC and to "activate" the new PC ?
