How can I check the site activation key for a user?
I want to ask the user to provide the site activation key as she is getting error - not able to connect to the licencing server and I thought I will ask her about the activation key after I check the connection to the server.

How do I activate a license for ALL Windows users of a computer instead of just the current user?
Apparently my license can only be activated for the current Windows user only i.e. the administrator’s account. There seems to be no options to change the settings from “current user only” to “all users”. Is there any specific workaround for this?

[Bentley View SS4] No longer free for non-SELECT users?
Private users or Students are no longer able to use Bentley View SS4 as it requires CONNECTION login. Yes CONNECTION login is possible to be created by anybody but it doesn't allow to login as non-SELECT users don't have Personal Portal or site administrator. Also installing on clean computer it for some reason also sets Microstation Powerdraft(ID:1038) license. Uninstalling Connection client is also not an option as then it later shows message that it should be downloaded again from fullfilment center(which is not available to non-SELECT users).

FLEXnet Licensing Error (-5,357)
The attached image is what appears when I try to complete the CFD Simulation.
I downloaded CHAM's CFD Simulator and have built my model, added radiators, set up the Heat Loss Calcs. file...The final stage of the process flags up the FLEXnet Licensing Error (-5,357).
What can be done to resolve this?

Did not check out Us design code
Hi. I recently converted a structural enterprise license to nodelock so I have checked-out a Staad pro license.
Included should be a US design code license which I mistakenly did not check-out. Hence I currently have a StaadPro license without any design code license.
Would it be possible to still check-out the design license from the license wizard? Or what steps can i take to secure my design code license?

I have got installed STAAD.Pro stand alone License on my Laptop and every 2nd day the license ask for activation. Is it natural and shows activation period as 7 days.
In case we are without net facility for let us say 15 days, does that mean it will stop functioning. Please suggest the remedy to the problem so that we could make use of stand alone licenses without even net facility.

Where is an exported license written to from SELECTserver - Version 9.0.0.99?
We are getting an error attempting to export a checked out license by either download or by email. We think that permissions may be the reason the error is occurring. Where does SELECTServer create the file when you export it, or the setting that tells it where to initially create the file?

Activation after trial period expires
Hi,
We have some new users who allowed the 30-day trial period to expire and now they can't run MicroStation PowerDraft V8i 8.11.09.459. I have run the Activation wizard, checked the connection and everything seems fine... except it won't start!
What do I need to do now?

Hello, we currently have and AECoSIm and A microstation licence. I would like to know if used I use them simultaneously and on different computers I would occur on overuse. The licence number is the same so I wonder if this is possible or not.
