We had a select license for gINT professional and after a year we switched to non-select
A few days ago we changed the computer name for IT reasons then the gINT got crippled, we reverted back to the old name but still nothing happned
I tried to check in and then check out again but the option to check in the license is not working.
you can see that there is time remaining in the license but it's not working
and the customer support do not respond and I really need help.
